Where can the posts be posted?
You receive the posts in 2 versions or sizes - one for a normal news feed post, and the other for posting to your stories (story feed). Use them on Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin.
What happens if I don’t like a post?
We provide a 7 day money-back guarantee on any posts you feel are not usable in a particular batch.
Rest assured that we learn from that and do better for you next time. The more maintenance we do for your business, the more aligned we get.

How does the Community Management work?
We respond to, and maintain, the inbox messages and comments that are received via your Facebook and Instagram pages.
We respond to general customer queries, engage in the comment threads, remove any harmful comments, clear spam mail, and when in doubt escalate a query to the contact person provided on the order, with the email address or phone number of the customer.
We provide up to 30 minutes per day or every second day, depending on your purchase, and each session is screen-recorded and shared with you.
The longer we manage your social media, the easier it becomes for us to respond to your customers (and fewer escalations to you) as we learn more about your business.
When does the Community Management start?
If we already have access to your Meta Business Suite, we start on your chosen date and continue until the order is complete.
